Our delivery charge is a set amount that includes postage, packaging, gift box and insurance.

The charge is determined by the speed of delivery that you require.  

All items are sent by UK Royal Mail.  See below:

 

 

1.    1st class, Royal Mail ‘Recorded Delivery’, within the UK is £2.95.  

        *  Item requires a signature. 

        *  Item to be sent in the applicable gift box.

        *  Delivery time is up to 3 working days

 

2.    1st class, Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’, within the UK, next day service is £5.95 

        *  Item requires a signature.

        *  Item to be sent in the applicable gift box.      

        *  Delivery time is the next working day for all orders placed before 12

            noon on the previous day.  However, we are unable to

            guarantee that this will be the case due to unforeseen

            circumstances that may occur at the Royal Mail depot.

        

3.    All other countries outside the UK, will be sent Royal Mail

       ‘International Signed For ’ and will be £ 7.50.

        *  Item requires a signature.

        *  Item to be sent in the applicable gift packaging

        *  Delivery time is from 3-7 working days.

        *  We will ship to overseas countries at our discretion.

        

4.     A parcel may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied by

        your own country.  Any charges related to customs, duties and taxes 

        must be borne by the recipient.  We have no control over these   

        charges.   Contact your local customs office if you have any questions. 

  

 

Please note: 

a. We are unable to deliver to a post office box address since all items 

        require a signature.

b. If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted, the post office 

        will leave a card for you with information of where you should go to pick

        up your parcel. You also have the option on the card to state if you would

        wish to have a redelivery. 

 c.    Due to unforeseen situations, such as adverse weather conditions or 

        postal strikes, we are unable to guarantee the precise delivery

        times.  However, if you have not received your parcel within 14 

        working days, please contact us at:  customerservice@vizati.com for

        a friendly person to follow up on what has happened to your parcel.
