Dichro + (Dichroic Glass) is our range of 925 sterling silver jewellery that surrounds our dichroic (die-crow-ik) glass work. Dichroic speciality glass was developed by NASA in the 1950’s for the aerospace program. Something ‘dichroic’ refers to the property of having more than one colour when viewed from different angles. The dichroic glass used in our jewellery is cut, layered and kiln fired repeatedly in extreme heat to produce our desired stunning textures, colours and shapes. These are mouth-watering colours…and due to the nature of the glass…each one is unique and will vary in their beauty!
