Q. How do I know about ring sizes?
A. Many of our rings are adjustable and will fit a variety of sizes. If your finger is very small or large please
email us to let us know the exact size and we can advise accordingly. Our other rings generally come in
We measure this from the middle of the ring, not the leading edge, (which is the edge of the
ring closest to your arm.) Many, but not all of our rings can be sized by your local jeweller. If you know your
ring size, but don't have a local jeweller for this task we can recommend Phil Marr of Metalsmiths+ in
Heathfield, East Sussex. Phil gives classes in jewellery making and he and his wife Niki run a delightful

Sizing a plain silver ring will cost £15. Rings with stones will vary in price, contact Phil for details.
Q. How do I know what the credit or debit card registered address is?
A. The credit card registered address is where the statement for the credit or debit card is sent.
Q. Can you deliver to an address that is different from the credit card address?
A. You can change the delivery address in your basket. Please note: if the goods are sent to a ‘different address’
than the cardholders’, we may send out a confirmation letter to the cardholders’ address before releasing the
goods. This is for your protection.
Q. What do I enter into ‘create password ?’
A. Enter your own password of at least 5 letters
If you forget your password:
• just click on the ‘Lost my Password?’
• enter your email address
• the website will instantly email you your password
Note: we do not have access to your password; it is encrypted on our server.
You will be sent an email with your log in details after requesting the information.
Q. I have a retail shop, can I purchase wholesale?
A. If you are interested in purchasing wholesale, please send an email with the
following information:
*Shop name and full address
*Years in business
*Buyer/Contact name
*Telephone number
*Vat number or equivalent in the country where you do business
*Name three present companies and a bank reference with contact names and telephone numbers
where you currently do business. They will be sent a customer credit worthiness questionnaire on your behalf.
An email informing you of our acceptance/rejection of your application to conduct wholesale purchasing will be
sent to you as soon as possible.
*Once logged in you will be able to access the wholesale only category. Please note, items in other sections are
not available for wholesale purchase.
