How To Order
Making a purchase from Vizati could not be easier. Just browse our store placing any items you wish to purchase into the shopping cart. After you have finished your shopping, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we will need to process your order.
By Internet
1. Your order can be placed online at any time that suits you. If you need assistance, please email us at customerservice@vizati.com. We are able to respond to your queries from Monday to Friday, 9am -5pm, GMT, outside of standard UK holidays. Please include your:
* customer number (or address details if you are a new customer)
* order details
* credit or debit payment card details
* delivery information
2. All products are supplied subject to acceptance and availability. We will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered and to let you know that we are processing your order. If an item is temporarily out of stock, discontinued or, if we are unable to accept your order for any reason, we will inform you by email. You will have the option to cancel the order, replace the order with an alternative or wait for the original item to come into stock if applicable.
3. Orders placed before 12 noon Monday through Friday are dispatched the same day providing the item is in stock. Items ordered on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. In the case of a holiday, the goods will be dispatched the following working day.
4. We do not process or store any of your financial information on this website. Please see our Privacy and Security Policy for more details.
5. If the goods are to be sent out to a different address than the cardholders’ address, we reserve the right to send out a confirmation letter to the cardholders’ address before releasing the goods. This may cause a slight delay in you receiving your order.
