Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Return and Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a piece of jewellery you buy from us, you may return it for a full refund of the item price or exchange it. You have 7 days from receipt of the products not including the day of delivery to make your request in writing. Follow the procedure below:
1. Any jewellery that is returned to us must be:
a. in the original packaging and
b. in the unused condition that we sent it out to you
c. with the copy of the original purchase receipt.
2. Earrings, for hygiene reasons, must be returned unworn, and cannot be exchanged or refunded
unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
3. You must not have altered or scratched the jewellery in any way
4. You must ensure that the outer packaging is sufficient to protect the jewellery in transit.
We cannot be held responsible if the items are damaged in the post.
5. You are responsible for returning the jewellery to us. We strongly advise within the UK using
Royal Mail ‘ Recorded ‘ or ‘ Special Delivery ‘ as we are not responsible for items damaged
or lost in transit. Other countries will need to use their equivalent method of posting to ensure
the jewellery items are returned to us in good condition.
a. If an item arrives back to us and is not in perfect condition, we reserve the right to
issue a partial refund relative to the faulty goods.
b. If the item is no longer available we will be happy to replace it with a similar item or issue
a full refund.
6. Provided that the jewellery is received by us as new, we will process your refund of the item purchased
(minus the delivery charge) or exchange it for another item. Please allow up to 30 days for a refund to
be applied to your credit card.
7. If the item is being exchanged for a different size, we will send the jewellery out to you without an
additional charge.
8. If you are exchanging the item for a completely different item, we will charge for posting and packaging
since we will be creating a new order.
9. If the new item you are ordering is less expensive than the previous item ordered, we will issue a refund
for the first item. If the item is more expensive than the original item ,we will process the exchanged
item as a new order.
Cancellation Policy
1. Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order and return the product
to us. The right of cancellation must be exercised by you within 7 days of your receipt of the product not including
the day of delivery.
2. We do not credit back the return postage cost.
3. Earrings, for hygiene reasons, must be returned unworn, and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
4. We suggest using Royal Mail ‘ Recorded ‘ or ‘ Special Delivery ‘ within the UK or your countrys’ equivalent
when returning goods back to us. This will ensure there is proof of your returning goods to us with insurance
whilst the goods are in transit.
5. The goods need to be in their original and unused condition accompanied by the gift box and the original
purchase receipt.
6. We will refund your money as soon as possible after receiving the returned goods from you. Please allow up to
30 days for a refund to be applied to your credit card.
